I’ve spent my career helping organizations find their voice, tell their story, and grow with purpose. I’ve seen firsthand how clarity and consistency can change everything. I bring more than a decade of experience across sectors including nonprofit, agency, association, and small business.

I believe in strategy you can feel and storytelling that actually drives results. That’s what Cadence is built for.

I don’t just build strategies. I roll up my sleeves and help execute them. My work is grounded, creative, and results-oriented, because that’s what moves the needle.

WHY CADENCE?

In cycling, cadence is the rhythm of your ride, the steady spin of the pedals that keeps you moving forward, espeically when the terrian gets tough.

I started cycling during the early days of the pandemic—what began as a way to clear my head became a source of rhythm, discipline, and perspective. That rhythm led me to the Wish-A-Mile Ride, a 300-mile journey across Michigan that raises funds for The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Each summer, I ride to help grant life-changing wishes for children facing critical illness and it serves as a constant reminder of what’s possible when purpose meets motion.

That spirit is the foundation of Cadence Consulting. Just like a great ride, good strategy requires everything working in sync—your story, your systems, your goals. I built Cadence to help mission-driven teams move forward with clarity, grit, and heart.
